Terms of service.

Your use of this site and our services constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by this Agreement. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review the Agreement whenever you use the Site. If you do not agree to these terms or any amendments of these terms since you last used the Site, please do not use the Site. 

Right to Change Site 

We reserve the right, at any time and at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Site, with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site, or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Site.

Colours 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. 

Sizing

Please consult the size guide when choosing your garments. Note that size guides may vary between products. Garments may vary from the size guide by up to 2.5cm, this is considered normal. 

Branding

When custom branding garments and other products. Branding placement will be indicated on the quotation. These placements will be as per our internal placement guidelines unless specific instruction is given by the customer. All digital layouts are merely rough guidelines for placement. Placement will vary slightly between garment sizes and styles. Garment & product branding is a manual process, therefore placement may differ from item to item or from given instructions by up to 5%. 

Stock Availability

Stock levels from our New Zealand suppliers vary constantly. We cannot take responsibility for stock availability. If you’ve purchased a product and it ends up being out of stock, our customer service teams will be in touch with you to offer you a refund on that product, or a suitable alternative. We do everything we can to ensure our website stays up to date with accurate stock levels, but due to general processing speeds, stock levels may not be accurate. Feel free to contact us directly to check stock levels before purchasing from us.

Supplied Garments

Branding of supplied garments may incur a garment handling fee, should this fee apply, it will be listed as a line item on your quotation. When supplying your own garments for branding, we will take the utmost care of stock whilst on our premises. However, please do be advised that we take no responsibility for any loss or damage of supplied garments. Garments freighted directly from your suppliers will be assumed as accurate and true, and we do not take any responsibility for discrepancies between garments and picking slips should they be provided.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site, our services and/or your breach of any representation, warranty, or other provision of the Agreement.

Privacy & Security

The customer information that we collect is simply to ensure that purchases can be processed in an effective and timely manner. All the information that we receive is kept secure and will not be disclosed to any other parties, no matter what the circumstances. The information that is provided by the customer is used to form our email database. Being a part of this database means customers will be the first to know about new products, various specials and sale items. It is easy to join and leave the email database as you please.

We do not, and have no need to record any credit card details. This is because we are using Stripe, a secure gateway for online payment. This allows transactions to take place in real time and goes through Stripe’s system meaning no credit card details are recorded on our website. You can click here to view Stripe’s privacy policy.

Returns.

Before purchasing your item, please carefully read our sizing guide to figure out your size. Note that sizes could vary from the sizing guide up to 2.5cm. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us.

If you purchase an item and upon receiving it doesn’t fit, you can return it for a refund, or exchange it for something else. We are happy to refund or exchange your order, but this must be done within 7 days of your receipt. Please note; for a refund you would have to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. The same goes for exchanging an item, however, we’ll send your new item to you free of charge. The item returned must be in perfect condition, with all the original tags and packaging undamaged and attached in order for us to refund you or exchange the item.

Should you need to return any full price item please email us first and get a returns number.

Sales/clearance items as well as items such as custom branded garments, underwear, headwear & masks cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for customers outside of New Zealand at this time.

We cannot take responsibility for branding errors/discrepancies/longevity on customer supplied garments and / or the garments themself.


How to Return or Exchange your Online Purchase:

  • Before an item is returned you must email info@ambrand.nz

  • Itemise what it is you wish to return and the reason you wish to return it. Be sure to add the order number from which the item was purchased. And if you’d prefer a refund or an exchange.

  • We will then email you back with a returns number and address.

  • The courier back to us is to be organised by the customer and at the customer’s expense. This must be done by using Track n Trace, as the item is your responsibility until it arrives with us. The item returned must be in perfect condition, with all the original tags and packaging undamaged and attached in order for us to refund you or exchange the item and must be clearly labelled with your returns number. Items returned to us without the returns number clearly displayed will not be valid for a refund or exchanged.

  • Once we have received the item back as per the conditions above, we will either refund you or send you your new item.

Shipping.

We ship from New Zealand nationwide. Your order is important to us, which is why we want to make sure that your products arrive on time and in excellent condition.

Unbranded garment/item orders will be picked, packed and dispatched to you within 4-6 business days. For orders which are custom branded, please contact us for production lead times.

For metro deliveries on the North Island, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive. For metro deliveries on the South Island, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive. A further 2-3 business days should be added for rural addresses.

To work out your shipping cost simply add your items to your cart, fill out your shipping address, and preferred shipping method. Cost will vary depending on your order total and the shipping method you choose.

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation and is also available under ‘My Orders’ in the My Account section of the website.

We can only change the delivery address if the order is not shipped.

Once an order is shipped we are unable to redirect the package to a different address and it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate with the courier company regarding change of address or failed delivery attempts.  We cannot take responsibility for any damage, loss or delay caused during the shipping process.
